Mexican corn tortilla homemade

- 300 g Corn flour Masa Harina
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 120 ml Water
Knead the corn flour with the salt, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and water in the bowl to form a dough.
Form 12 balls of dough and cover with plastic wrap.
Let the dough balls rest for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour and roll out each ball of dough with a rolling pin into patties, each 14 to 16 centimeters in diameter.
Heat a coated skillet and heat each patty on both sides for about 3 minutes.
