Homemade Mexican wheat tortilla

- 300 g Flour wheat
- 50 g Cream
- Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Oil Sunflower oil, Germ oil, Oilve oil
- 100 ml Water
Mix 1 tsp baking powder and 300 g wheat flour finely in the bowl with a sieve.
Add cream, 100 ml water and 1 tsp salt.
Knead the ingredients in the bowl into a dough.
Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour.
Knead the lump of dough again on the work surface and then divide it into 12 equal-sized balls.
Roll each ball into even, round, patties 12 to 15 inches in diameter.
Bake each patty in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides. You should bake the tortillas for about 1 minute per side.
Keep the finished tortillas warm in a wrapped kitchen towel in the oven at low temperature, until ready to use.
