Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Flour wheat
  • 50 g Cream
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • Oil Sunflower oil, Germ oil, Oilve oil
  • 100 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix 1 tsp baking powder and 300 g wheat flour finely in the bowl with a sieve.
  • Add cream, 100 ml water and 1 tsp salt.
  • Knead the ingredients in the bowl into a dough.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the work surface with flour.
  • Knead the lump of dough again on the work surface and then divide it into 12 equal-sized balls.
  • Roll each ball into even, round, patties 12 to 15 inches in diameter.
  • Bake each patty in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides. You should bake the tortillas for about 1 minute per side.
  • Keep the finished tortillas warm in a wrapped kitchen towel in the oven at low temperature, until ready to use.
