  • 1 Lime
  • Coriander fresh
  • 1 Chili pepper green
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • With a knife, cut the flesh of the avocado halves into strips or grids. Caution! Do not cut through the outer skin of the avocado into your own hand!
  • Spoon the avocado flesh into the bowl.
  • Mash the avocado flesh with a fork in the bowl.
  • Chop the fresh cilantro and add to the avocado.
  • Chop/slice the green chile and add to the avocado.
  • Finely dice the tomatoes and add to the avocado.
  • Cut the lime in half and squeeze the halves over the bowl.
  • Mix the contents of the bowl well with a fork.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • To prevent the guacamole from browning too quickly and losing its fresh green color, you can press the kernel into the bowl last.
