1 Spoon
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 Lime
- Coriander fresh
- 1 Chili pepper green
- 2 Tomatoes

Cut the avocados in half and loosen the pit with a spoon.
With a knife, cut the flesh of the avocado halves into strips or grids. Caution! Do not cut through the outer skin of the avocado into your own hand!
Spoon the avocado flesh into the bowl.
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork in the bowl.
Chop the fresh cilantro and add to the avocado.
Chop/slice the green chile and add to the avocado.
Finely dice the tomatoes and add to the avocado.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the halves over the bowl.
Mix the contents of the bowl well with a fork.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
To prevent the guacamole from browning too quickly and losing its fresh green color, you can press the kernel into the bowl last.
