Traditional BLT sandwich (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato) from America
The BLT sandwich is the timeless classic of American cuisine and prepared with just a few fresh ingredients. The incredibly delicious sandwich consists of crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce and juicy tomatoes. The sandwich is topped off with toasted bread and creamy mayonnaise.

- 4 slices of toast
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tomatoes
Fry the bacon in the pan.
Lightly toast the toast in the toaster and then spread with a little mayonnaise.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Place four slices of crispy bacon on one slice of toast.
Place three to four slices of tomato on top of the bacon.
Place two large lettuce leaves on top of the tomato slices.
Lastly, place the second slice of toast on top of the lettuce with the mayonnaise facing down.
Then cut the sandwich (fix with toothpicks and) diagonally in the middle to form two triangles and serve.
