Traditional Oatmeal Pie for Thanksgiving

4 eggs 200 g sugar ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp flour 2 tsp cinnamon ground 250 ml corn syrup 70 g butter melted 1 tsp vanilla 80 g oat flakes
Preheat the oven to 180℃ (350℉).
Beat the eggs in the bowl until foamy.
Add the sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt to the eggs and beat well.
Add the melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla to the bowl along with the rolled oats and mix with the rest.
Put all the ingredients on the cake base in the cake pan and bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
Beat the eggs well to achieve an airy texture. This will help the cake rise nicely.
Keep an eye on the filling during baking. It should be firm, but still moist.
Allow the Oatmeal Pie to cool sufficiently before cutting.
