Wild garlic butter
A quick and easy recipe for homemade vegan wild garlic butter. The butter tastes delicious with barbecue food in the spring or as a spread for a snack in the morning. You can usually find the ingredients right in the forest outside your front door.

- 50 g Wild garlic
- ½ Lemon
- 150 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Wash, dry and finely chop the wild garlic.
Wash the lemon and grate fine pieces of the lemon peel with a grater.
Beat the butter in a bowl with a whisk until fluffy.
Add the wild garlic and lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the wild garlic butter on a piece of baking paper and roll it up.
Refrigerate the roll.
